9. Other information to disclose:

(1) Date of distribution of cash dividend August 14, 2018.

(2) Holders of not transferred stocks shall complete the transfer procedure in person at the stock transfer agent: Transfer Agency Service, CTBC Bank (5F, No. 83, Section 1, Chongqing South Road, Taipei City) by July 19, 2018. The deadline of transfer for holders transferring stocks by post shall be subject to the date as show in the post stamp (e.g. July 19, 2018, the last date of transfer).

(3) For holders completing transfer through the TDCC, the stock transfer agent will directly proceed with stock transfer based on the data provided the TDCC.

(4) Cash dividend will be distributed to a minimum of NT$1 (e.g. amounts below NT$1 will not be calculated. Shareholders shall pay for the remitting and handling fees.

(5) Based on the resolution made by the AGM and board on 06/14/2018, if repurchasing company shares (treasury stocks) affects total quantity of outstanding shares and an adjustment of the ratio of cash dividend is required, the chairman is authorized to take charge of all related matters and adjust the dividend ratio by law as follows:
