4.Reason for the change:

Cash dividend was originally scheduled to be delivered

on 2026/07/10. Due to the possible impact of Typhoon, the remittance at

financial institutions in counties or cities where work status might be

cancelled will need to postpone operations till the next working business

day. The cash dividend distribution via remittance transfer method in these

regions will be postponed to the next working business day.

5.Any other matters that need to be specified:

In the case where there is no disruption to the working business day, cash

dividend will be delivered on the scheduled date.
